Our Salvo Yachts – Independence and Intrepid
We operate two 7.4-metre Salvo yachts, Independence and Intrepid. These boats are purpose-built for accessibility and stability, with spacious open cockpits and a deep keel for balance and comfort.
Each Salvo can accommodate up to eight people, which allows us to welcome individuals, support workers, families, and small groups together on the same sail. Their design makes moving around safe and easy, and the experience on board is relaxed, steady, and enjoyable for participants of all abilities.
Our Sonar Keelboat – Mid Wicket
We also sail a Sonar keelboat named Mid Wicket. The Sonar is known worldwide for its excellent stability and responsive handling. With space for up to four crew, it offers a more intimate sailing experience while still remaining comfortable, predictable, and highly accessible.
Participants who enjoy a slightly more hands-on sail or want to learn the basics of sailing often enjoy time aboard the Sonar, though it’s equally suitable for those who prefer to sit back and take in the harbour views.
